Only content your company owns or has the rights to. Off-the-shelf courses licensed from a content vendor usually come with terms about copying; check them before you upload, and transcribe your own recordings freely.
Does WhipScribe log in to Absorb?
No. Nothing is installed in Absorb and nothing logs in to it. You upload the video file, or paste a Google Drive, Vimeo or YouTube link where a copy is hosted.

Which formats come back, and who sees the content?
