Transcribe Aircall call recordings a week of sales and support calls at once.
Aircall call recordings transcribe once you download them from the call log and upload them here, at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so 60 calls averaging 7 minutes (420 minutes) need about 14 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and that week of calls fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes.
From the Aircall call log to text
The calls are already recorded. Reading them is the part that never happens.
Where the recordings are
When call recording is switched on, each recorded call usually appears in the call details with a player and a way to download it, typically as an MP3; what you see depends on your plan and your role, and an admin may need to grant access. Save the week's calls into one folder, then upload them, or share that folder from Google Drive and paste the link.
Why call files upload fast
Phone audio is narrowband. A mono MP3 at 32 kbps comes to 14.4 MB an hour (32,000 × 3,600 ÷ 8), so a 7-minute call is under 2 MB and a 95-minute onboarding call about 23 MB. Single calls never come close to the 2 GB that uploads before a first pack.
A week of calls, priced
Sixty calls of 7 minutes make 420 minutes, inside the $6 pack of 500. A team taking 250 such calls a month records 1,750 minutes, which goes on the $12 pack of 2,000. Minutes never expire, so a slow month carries over to the next.
What sales and support read
Each call returns with a brief, the questions the caller asked, and the names, numbers and dates mentioned, such as an order reference or a renewal date. Speakers are identified and named in the summary and key quotes. Ask the chat over the transcript which callers raised pricing, then open the call at that timestamp.

FAQ
Aircall recordings, answered.
Does WhipScribe connect to Aircall?
No. There is no Aircall integration, no marketplace app and no bot on your lines. Download the recordings from your account, then upload them or paste a Google Drive folder link; the work happens on those files afterwards.
How long does a batch take?
Around 2 minutes per audio hour, so 420 minutes of calls need roughly 14 minutes of processing, and a single 7-minute call is back in well under a minute.
What does a month of calls cost?
The first 20 minutes are free, enough to test two or three calls in full. A week of 60 calls fits the $6 pack, and 1,750 minutes a month takes the $12 pack. Packs are one-time purchases in USD.
Do we need consent to record the calls?
Recording a call needs whatever consent the law where you and the caller are requires; settle that before the recordings exist. WhipScribe only transcribes the files you send afterwards.
Can it handle calls in several languages?
Yes. The language of each call is detected automatically from 99, so an English call and a Spanish call in the same batch each come back in their own language. A call that switches mid-way is detected on its main language.
Where do the recordings go?
Calls are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Delete a batch and its transcripts when your retention policy says so; exports are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON.
