Transcribe Bizzabo session recordings an entire conference agenda as text.
Bizzabo session recordings transcribe once the organiser downloads them and uploads each one here, and a 40-minute session comes back as text in about 80 seconds at roughly 2 minutes per audio hour. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
A conference agenda, recorded
A big agenda leaves a big pile of files. Turn the whole pile into text at once.
Collecting the session files
Bizzabo session recordings are usually available to organisers from the event's admin area or through the platform's team after the event; the file is usually an MP4, though the options depend on your plan and how sessions were streamed. Export them with the session title in the file name so the transcripts sort themselves.
Many files, one go
A 40-minute session is typically a few hundred megabytes of video, inside the box on this page, which takes up to 500 MB; anything larger continues on the main upload page. Putting every session in one Google Drive folder and pasting the folder link sends them all in one step.
The conference, priced
120 sessions at 40 minutes average 4,800 minutes. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
What each session returns
A brief with the thesis and takeaways, chapters with timestamps, the names, figures and dates said, and the questions the session answered. Speakers are identified and named in the summary, key quotes and chapters, so the content team can pull quotes for recaps without rewatching.
Post-event content
The conference lasted three days. Its content can last all year.

FAQ
Bizzabo recordings, answered.
Is there a Bizzabo integration?
No. WhipScribe has no Bizzabo integration and nothing is installed in the event. The organiser downloads the session recordings and uploads them, or shares a Google Drive folder of them as one link.
How long does a whole conference take?
About 2 minutes per audio hour. A 40-minute session takes about 80 seconds, and the 80 hours of a 120-session agenda add up to about 160 minutes of processing when the files are uploaded together.
What does a first session cost?
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire. Twelve 40-minute sessions, 480 minutes, fit the $18 pack of 3,000 minutes.
Can I paste the session's replay link?
Not the Bizzabo replay link. WhipScribe fetches YouTube, Vimeo, Twitch, Kick, Google Drive share links and folders, and podcast feeds. Sessions republished on YouTube or Vimeo can be pasted from there.
What about a keynote recorded as one long file?
One file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Uploads up to 5 GB go through before the first pack, and a larger file can go in as audio only. A main stage longer than 10 hours goes up as two files.
Which languages and exports?
99 languages are detected automatically, so a regional track in German or Portuguese comes back in its own language. Exports are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
