Getting recordings out of Hubilo
Organisers usually reach session recordings from the event dashboard after the event, either as downloads or through the platform's support team; the file is usually an MP4. Options vary with your plan and how each stage was streamed, so check the export settings before the event, especially for hybrid rooms fed from an external encoder.
Session files or whole tracks
Upload each session as its own file, or a whole track day if that is how it was recorded. A 6-hour track can be large: one file may be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, with or without a pack. The box here takes 500 MB; a bigger file continues on the main upload page.

Hybrid rooms need clean audio
In a hybrid room the transcript is only as clear as the microphones feeding the stream. Ask the AV team to send the lectern and panel mics, plus a handheld for audience questions, into the recording. Each file returns with a brief, chapters per talk, the names, figures and dates said, and speakers identified and named in the summary and key quotes.

Does WhipScribe integrate with Hubilo?
No. There is no Hubilo integration, no app in the event and no bot in the sessions. The organiser downloads the recordings and uploads them here, or pastes a link where a session has been republished on YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive.
Can I upload a whole track as one file?
Yes, up to 10 hours or 5 GB per file. The chapters mark where each talk starts, so a track day is still easy to split into session recaps afterwards. A track longer than 10 hours goes up as two files.
How long does a hybrid event take?
About 2 minutes per audio hour: a 40-minute session in about 80 seconds, a 6-hour track in about 12 minutes, and three tracks uploaded together are all ready within the same hour.
What will the first upload cost?
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire. A three-track event of 1,080 minutes goes on the $18 pack of 3,000.
Are room questions without a microphone included?
Speech the recording did not pick up clearly cannot be transcribed well. Repeating each room question into a microphone before answering it is the simplest fix. Music and crowd noise are not transcribed; the speech is.
Which languages, and is the audio private?
99 languages are detected automatically, so a regional track in Spanish or Arabic needs no setting. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Exports are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON.
