Transcribe Five9 call recordings a whole campaign, not a handful of calls.
Five9 call recordings exported from the platform transcribe at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so an outbound campaign of 420 calls averaging 6 minutes (2,520 minutes) needs about 84 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and the campaign fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes.
From a Five9 export to text
An outbound campaign leaves hundreds of recordings. Read all of them.
Getting recordings out
Recordings are typically retrieved by an administrator, either from the recording search for individual calls or through an export or file transfer the account has set up for batches. The setup differs between contact centres, so check the export settings with your Five9 admin. The format depends on that setup, often WAV; convert to MP3 if a batch is large.
One file per call, or one long file
Some exports give one file per call; others stitch calls into long files per agent or per shift. Either uploads: separate files return as separate transcripts, and a stitched file can run to 10 hours or 5 GB. A shift file longer than 10 hours goes in as two.
The campaign, priced
420 calls of 6 minutes are 2,520 minutes, over the 2,000 in a $12 pack, so the campaign goes on the $24 pack of 5,000. A smaller test of 80 calls, 480 minutes, fits the $6 pack of 500. Whatever is left stays on the account for the next campaign.
Checking every call against the script
Search the whole campaign for the disclosure or the confirmation line your script requires, and list the calls where it never appears. The brief records what the prospect agreed to, with dates and amounts, and the chapters mark the objection and the close.

FAQ
Five9 recordings, answered.
Is WhipScribe connected to Five9?
No. WhipScribe has no Five9 integration and nothing joins a live call. Your admin exports the recordings, and you upload them or paste a Google Drive folder link; everything happens on the files afterwards.
How long does a campaign take?
At about 2 minutes per audio hour, 2,520 minutes of calls take around 84 minutes. A stitched 8-hour shift file comes back in about 16 minutes.
What does it cost?
On a first visit, the first 20 minutes are free. The 420-call campaign uses the $24 pack, and an 80-call test of 480 minutes fits the $6 pack. Prices are in USD and paid once.
What about consent on outbound calls?
Each recorded call needs the consent the law where you and the person called are requires, and that sits with the team placing the calls. The transcription only reads recordings that already exist.
Can one file hold a whole shift?
Yes, up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Before a first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB; a heavier file starts once a pack is on the account.
Where is the audio processed?
Five9 recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Delete the campaign and its transcripts once the review is done.
