Transcribe GoTo Connect call recordings a support queue you can actually read.
GoTo Connect call recordings transcribe once someone with access downloads them and uploads the audio files here, at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a week of 80 five-minute calls (400 minutes) is done in about 13 minutes. That week fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes, a month of 300 six-minute calls fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes, and the first 20 minutes are free.
From the phone system to a page
GoTo Connect already records the calls. The useful part is in what was said.
Downloading the recordings
Where call recording is enabled, recordings are reached from the GoTo admin side, and who can download them depends on the roles your admin assigns. They arrive as audio files, often MP3 or WAV; check what your account actually produces. Put a week's calls in one folder and upload them together, or share that folder on Google Drive and paste the link. WhipScribe has no GoTo Connect integration.
Why call audio is light
If a recording is an uncompressed 8 kHz, 16-bit mono WAV, it runs at 128 kbps: 128,000 bits times 3,600 seconds, divided by 8, is 57.6 MB an hour. A 6-minute call is under 6 MB, and even a 90-minute escalation stays far below the 2 GB that uploads before a first pack.
A support month in packs
Eighty calls of 5 minutes are 400 minutes, so a week fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes. Three hundred calls of 6 minutes make 1,800 minutes in a month, which goes on the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. Credits do not expire, so a quiet month leaves minutes for a busy one.
What QA and team leads read
Every call returns with a brief, the questions the caller asked, and the names, numbers and dates mentioned, such as a ticket reference or a callback date. Agents and callers are identified and named in the summary and key quotes. Ask the chat over the transcript which calls raised a refund, then jump to the timestamp.
Recorded calls, unheard
The phone system keeps every recording. Reviewing them by ear covers a handful.

FAQ
GoTo Connect recordings, answered.
Does WhipScribe join or record GoTo calls?
No. No bot joins a live call and there is no GoTo Connect integration. Your phone system records the call; you download the files and WhipScribe transcribes them afterwards.
Do we need consent to record?
Any recorded call needs the consent required by the law where you and the caller are. Settle that in your phone system's announcement before any recording exists.
How fast does a batch finish?
About 2 minutes per audio hour: 400 minutes of calls in roughly 13 minutes, and a single 6-minute call in a few seconds.
How much is a month of support calls?
The first 20 minutes are free for a first-time visitor, enough to try several calls in full. A week of 400 minutes fits the $6 pack; 1,800 minutes a month fits the $12 pack. Packs are one-time, in USD, and credits never expire.
Can it handle calls in another language?
Yes. Each call's language is detected automatically from 99, so English and Spanish calls in the same batch come back in their own language. A call that switches is detected on its main language.
Exports and retention?
Calls export as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON. Call audio is transcribed on our own servers and never used for training; delete a batch whenever your retention rule says so.
