Transcribe long hybrid seminars from a Huddly camera room the room and the remote audience, in one record.
A Huddly camera feeds a room computer or laptop, and the meeting app on it makes the recording; upload that file and a 4.5-hour hybrid seminar comes back as text in about 9 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free on a first visit, and one seminar's 270 minutes fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes.
Hybrid rooms, long sessions
Huddly cameras sit in seminar rooms and meeting spaces where half the audience is remote. The recording holds both; the transcript makes it something to cite and revise from.
The camera does not record
A Huddly is a camera; the room's microphones and the meeting app on the connected computer handle sound and recording. Download the recording from that app, such as Teams, Zoom or Meet, or from wherever your lecture-capture tool saved it. A Google Meet recording in Google Drive can be pasted as a share link.
Four and a half hours, one file
Seminars with a long break still fit: one file holds up to 10 hours or 5 GB. At about 1 Mbps, a 4.5-hour video is near 2 GB, right at the line that uploads before a pack; an audio-only copy avoids the question.
Microphones matter more than the camera
The camera sees the room; the speech depends on where the microphones are. A presenter near a microphone transcribes cleanly, and questions from remote participants arrive through the meeting's audio. A comment from the back row with no microphone nearby may come back partial.
A seminar you can cite
Each session returns as a brief with the thesis and takeaways, chapters with timestamps per talk or discussion, the names, numbers and dates mentioned, and the questions the seminar answered. The chat finds the moment a speaker defined a term, and SRT or VTT captions the recording.

A four-hour hybrid seminar is hard to follow live and harder to review afterwards.
