Transcribe Interprefy event recordings floor audio and interpreted channels, one file each.
An Interprefy event transcribes once the organiser has the recordings and uploads the floor and each language channel as separate files, and a 6-hour conference day comes back as text in about 12 minutes per file. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
Remote-interpreted events
The event ran in several languages at once. Its text can too.
Which recordings exist
Interprefy is often layered onto a meeting or event platform, so recordings may come from the host platform, from Interprefy, or from both, and they can hold the floor, individual language channels, or a mix. Ask your event producer or Interprefy contact which tracks were recorded and in what format before the event, not after.
Big days, sensible files
A 6-hour conference day as high-quality video can pass several gigabytes. One file may be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, and that holds before the first pack too; a larger file can be split. Language channels are usually audio and far smaller. The box here takes 500 MB; bigger files continue on the main upload page.
Two days, priced
Two 6-hour days are 720 minutes of floor audio. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire. Transcribing three channels on top of the floor, 2,880 minutes, moves to the $18 pack of 3,000 minutes.
Use each track for its job
The floor is what speakers actually said: use it for quotes, minutes and reports. An interpreted channel is the interpreter's rendering, ideal for readers in that language. Every file returns with a brief, chapters with timestamps, the names, numbers and dates said, and speakers identified and named in the summary and key quotes.
When the event closes
Every delegate followed in their language. The written record usually arrives in one.

FAQ
Interprefy recordings, answered.
Is there an Interprefy integration?
No. WhipScribe has no Interprefy integration and no bot joins the event. The organiser downloads or receives the recordings and uploads each one here.
Floor or channel: which do I upload?
Upload what you will use. The floor gives the speakers' own words for minutes and quotes; a language channel gives readers the event in their language. Uploading both is common, and each is counted separately against the pack.
What if the floor mixes languages?
The recording is detected on its main language, and English terms inside another language are handled. If speakers switch language often, the interpreted channel in one language usually reads more cleanly.
How long does a full day take?
About 2 minutes per audio hour, so a 6-hour day comes back in about 12 minutes per track, and a 3-hour afternoon in about 6. A day longer than 10 hours goes up as two files.
What does it cost to start?
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire. One 6-hour day of floor audio, 360 minutes, fits the $18 pack of 3,000 minutes.
Which languages and exports?
99 languages are detected automatically. Exports are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
