Where do I download JustCall recordings?
From the call logs, where recorded calls usually carry a play and download option. Your role decides whether you can download; if you cannot, an admin can export the calls for you.
What are the limits per recording?
A JustCall recording may run 10 hours or weigh 5 GB. Before the first pack, uploads are limited to 2 GB, and bigger files start once a pack is on the account. Sales calls almost never approach those numbers.
Do we need consent to record sales calls?
You need the consent the law where you and the prospect are located requires, typically handled with a recording notice at the start of the call. WhipScribe only transcribes recordings you are allowed to use.
Which exports, and where are the calls processed?
JustCall calls come back as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. JustCall recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. A call in any of 99 languages is detected automatically, including a prospect who switches between Spanish and English.
