Transcribe Spanish sales calls and keep every number the client said.
A Spanish-language sales or consultation call in the US can run 60 to 90 minutes, and WhipScribe returns a 90-minute call as a Spanish transcript in about 3 minutes, with the first 20 minutes free. Twenty 90-minute calls are 1,800 minutes, which fits one $12 pack of 2,000 minutes.
From the recorded call to the proposal
A long Spanish consultation, turned into the notes, numbers and objections a proposal needs.
Recorded your way, transcribed afterwards
Nothing joins the meeting. Record the call the way you already do, in the meeting app or the phone system, then upload the file or paste a Google Drive share link afterwards.
The numbers, pulled out
Budgets, quantities, dates and deadlines said during the call are listed, so the proposal quotes the figure the client gave rather than the one someone remembered. The brief lists the client's goals and the questions they raised. upload page
A month of calls, costed
Five 90-minute calls are 450 minutes, inside the $6 pack of 500. Twenty of them, 1,800 minutes, fit the $12 pack of 2,000, and a team with more than that in a month moves to the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes, which includes API access.
Objections in the client's words
Key quotes come back with the speaker named, so a sales manager can read exactly how the client phrased a concern about price or timing. The chat answers questions over the transcript, like what the client said about their current provider.
Why long Spanish calls leave thin notes
The call ran 90 minutes; the note on file is three lines.
✗ Notes typed after hanging up
Long consultations in Spanish usually leave a short summary written from memory, often in English.
- Figures remembered, not quoted
- Objections paraphrased away
- Managers who cannot review Spanish calls
- Tools that expect English and stumble
- Meeting bots clients would rather not see
- No record of what was promised

- Client and rep named in the summary and quotes
- Budgets, dates and quantities listed
- Chapters for discovery, demo and next steps
- Word export for the account record

FAQ
Spanish sales calls, the questions reps ask.
How long does a 90-minute call take?
About 3 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per audio hour; a 1-hour call takes about 2.
What do twenty calls a month cost?
Twenty 90-minute calls are 1,800 minutes on the $12 pack of 2,000. Five calls fit the $6 pack of 500, and anything past 2,000 minutes goes on the $24 pack of 5,000. Credits never expire, so a slow month carries into the next, and the first 20 minutes of a first call are free.
What file does a recorded call produce?
Meeting apps usually save an MP4 or M4A and phone systems an MP3 or WAV; check the export settings of the tool you use. Any of these upload as they are, up to 2 GB before a pack and 5 GB after; if the upload refuses one, convert it to MP3 first.
Should I split a long call?
No. Even a long discovery call is far under the 10-hour limit per file, and one file keeps one clock for every quote.
What if the client switches to English?
The call is detected on its main language, and switches between Spanish and English are handled, so a bilingual conversation stays in one transcript. Detection covers 99 languages without a setting.
Which exports, and how private are the calls?
DOCX or TXT for the account file, JSON for your own tools, SRT or VTT if a call becomes a training video. Sales calls are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Tell clients the call is recorded before you start.
