Finding the recording
When call recording is on for your account, a recorded call usually shows a player in the call history or the contact's activity, often with a download option; what you can see depends on your role and plan, so ask an admin if the button is missing. The file is most often an MP3, but check what your download gives you.
Size is never the problem
Phone audio is light. A compressed call at 64 kbps is about 29 MB an hour, so even a 75-minute demo stays far below the 500 MB the box on this page accepts, and a whole folder of calls goes up without splitting anything.

Does WhipScribe connect to Kixie?
No. There is no Kixie integration and nothing is installed in your dialer or CRM. You download the recordings you are allowed to keep and upload them, or put them in a shared Google Drive folder and paste that link.
How long does a 75-minute call take to transcribe?
About 2.5 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. A batch of twenty 45-minute calls, 15 hours in all, takes about half an hour.
What does one long call cost?
The first 20 minutes are free for a first-time visitor; the remaining 55 minutes of a 75-minute call go on the $6 pack of 500 minutes, which leaves 445 for other calls. Packs are one-time and never expire.
Do we need the other side's consent?
Recording a call needs the consent the law where you and the prospect are requires. Sort that out in your dialer settings and call script; WhipScribe only works on the recordings you send afterwards.
What if a call is partly in Spanish?
The language is detected automatically from 99. A call that switches between English and Spanish is detected on its main language, and English product names inside the other language are handled.
Where do the calls go, and which exports exist?
Kixie calls are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Each one exports to TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, so the notes can go into a CRM field by hand or a coaching document.
