From cadence to transcript

The dialer records the call. A rep still has to know what was promised on it.

Downloading recordings

Where your team records dialer calls, a recording usually sits on the call's record or the person's activity, and some setups also keep it in a conversations area. Whether you can download it depends on admin permissions and your plan, so if there is no download option, ask whoever runs Salesloft for your team. The file type varies; check what the download gives you.

Sending a batch

Put the week's calls in one folder. Upload them through the box, which takes files up to 500 MB each, or share the folder from Google Drive and paste the link. Call audio is small, so a 50-minute call is a few tens of megabytes at most.

A quarter of calls, priced

Twelve 50-minute calls a week make 600 minutes, so a month of four weeks is 2,400 minutes, over 2,000; that goes on the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes, with 2,600 left for the next month. A rep with only three or four long calls a week stays inside the $6 pack of 500 for that week.

What each call becomes

Every call returns with a brief, the buyer's questions, and the budgets, headcounts and dates said aloud. Rep and buyer are identified and named in the summary and key quotes, so a manager can read the call before the forecast meeting instead of joining the replay.

Discovery calls without text

Ten hours of discovery a week is more listening than any manager has.

  • A week of recordings left unopened

✓ Reading

  • Ten hours ready in about 20 minutes
  • Buyer questions listed per call
  • Budgets and dates pulled out
  • Rep and buyer named in the summary
