Transcribe Ringover call recordings negotiations, demos and long calls.
To transcribe a Ringover call, download the recording from the call history in your dashboard and upload it here; a 150-minute supplier negotiation comes back as text in about 5 minutes. Your first 20 minutes are free, and 25 sales calls of 40 minutes (1,000 minutes) fit the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes.
Out of Ringover, into text
Ringover keeps the call. You need the figures that were agreed in it.
Download from the call history
Recorded calls appear in Ringover's call history with a player. Depending on your plan, settings and role, you can download the recording from there; it typically saves as an MP3, but check what your account produces. If recording is off for a line, ask the admin to enable it for future calls. Teams that record every call can download a day's recordings at the end of the afternoon and send them as one folder.
Upload or batch
Upload the file above; call audio rarely nears the 500 MB this box takes or the 2 GB allowed before a pack. For a week of calls, put the downloads in a Google Drive folder and paste the share link. Each recording becomes its own transcript.
Pack arithmetic
A 150-minute negotiation is 20 free minutes plus 130 from the $6 pack of 500, leaving 370. Twenty-five sales calls of 40 minutes are 1,000 minutes, a fit for the $12 pack of 2,000. A team logging 4,500 minutes a month belongs on the $24 pack of 5,000. Credits carry over, so a quiet month leaves minutes for the next busy one.
Using the transcript
Send the brief to the colleague who missed the call, copy the agreed volumes into your order sheet, and ask the chat when the delivery penalty was mentioned. Chapters split a long negotiation into its topics.
What a recording alone gives you
A long negotiation is recorded so nobody argues later. Then someone has to find the clause.

Can WhipScribe connect to Ringover?
No. There is no Ringover integration, no CRM connection and no bot on your calls. Download the recordings and upload them. The transcript stays in your WhipScribe account until you copy it where you need it.
Are prices shown in my currency?
Packs are priced in US dollars: $6 for 500 minutes, $12 for 2,000 and $24 for 5,000. They are one-time purchases and the credits never expire. There is no local-currency price and no conversion on our side.
Do I need consent to record calls?
Recording calls needs the consent your local law requires. Ringover lines can announce recording; make sure yours does what the law asks.

Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Export TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON, then delete the call when you are done.
