Transcribe SAP SuccessFactors Learning course recordings the rollout training, in writing.
Upload a recorded class from an SAP SuccessFactors Learning course and it is transcribed at about 2 minutes per audio hour, so a 2.5-hour class is text in about 5 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free; a system rollout of 14 recorded classes at 2.5 hours (2,100 minutes) fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes.
Rollout training, kept
A rollout is taught once, live, to a room. The questions come back for months.
Where the recordings live
Recorded classes are attached to SuccessFactors Learning items by administrators, and the original files usually stay with the training team or the virtual-classroom tool that recorded them, often as MP4. Download from that tool or the shared folder; check the export settings when the format is unclear. A copy on Vimeo, YouTube or Google Drive can be pasted as a link.
Long classes upload whole
A recorded class does not need cutting: one file may be up to 10 hours or 5 GB. The box on this page takes up to 500 MB, and larger recordings continue on the main upload page. Before a first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB; a bigger file begins once a pack is on the account.
A rollout, priced
Fourteen classes at 150 minutes are 2,100 minutes, just over the $12 pack's 2,000, so the rollout sits on the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes with 2,900 left for refresher sessions. A single 150-minute class fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes. All fourteen are text in about 70 minutes.
What the training team gets
A brief with the thesis and takeaways, chapters per process area, and the codes, field names, numbers and dates the trainer said in one list. Chat over the transcript to find where a step was explained, and turn the questions the class answered into a support FAQ.
After go-live
The trainer explained the approval flow perfectly. It was in class nine, two hours in.

FAQ
SAP SuccessFactors Learning recordings, answered.
Does WhipScribe plug into SuccessFactors?
No. There is no SAP integration, connector or plugin. Download the recorded class from wherever it was saved and upload it, or paste a link if it is on YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive.
Will system terms and codes come out right?
Product names, field names and codes said aloud usually come through, and English terms inside another language are handled. Check them against the system before publishing a guide, because an acronym can be heard two ways.
How long does a rollout take to transcribe?
About 2 minutes per audio hour, so 2,100 minutes (35 hours) of classes are text in about 70 minutes. Each class is ready when its own run finishes.
What does it cost?
First-time visitors get 20 minutes free; a longer class is previewed and a pack from $6 transcribes the rest. One class fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes, ten classes (1,500 minutes) fit the $12 pack of 2,000, and the 14-class rollout needs the $24 pack of 5,000. No subscription.
We ran the classes in four countries.
99 languages are detected automatically, so German, Spanish and Japanese classes need no setting. A class that switches language is detected on its main language.
Where are the files processed?
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Delete a file and its transcript whenever you choose.
