Transcribe VIDIZMO portal recordings an archive your organisation can search.
Download a recording from your VIDIZMO portal and upload it here: a 4-hour briefing is text in about 8 minutes, at about 2 minutes per audio hour. The first 20 minutes are free; an archive of 280 recordings averaging 17 minutes (4,760 minutes) fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes.
From portal to text
The portal holds years of recordings. Search only finds their titles.
Download with the right permission
A VIDIZMO portal decides per library and per user whether a video can be downloaded, so a portal administrator or the content owner may need to enable it or export the files for you. Downloads are usually MP4; check what your portal offers. A video also published on YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive can be pasted as a link.
Archive-sized uploads
Each recording goes up as one file of up to 10 hours or 5 GB. The box on this page takes up to 500 MB, and larger recordings continue on the main upload page. Before the first pack, files up to 2 GB upload; a bigger file starts once a pack is on the account.
An archive, priced
280 recordings averaging 17 minutes are 4,760 minutes, which sits on the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes with 240 to spare. One department's 60 recordings at 30 minutes, 1,800 minutes, fit the $12 pack of 2,000. The full archive is text in about 160 minutes of processing.
What each recording returns
A brief with the thesis and takeaways, chapters with timestamps, every name, number and date said, and the questions the recording answers. Speakers are named in the summary and key quotes. Chat over a transcript on upload page to find the decision behind a policy.

FAQ
VIDIZMO recordings, answered.
Can WhipScribe pull videos straight from our portal?
No. There is no VIDIZMO integration and no access to your portal. Download the recordings, or ask an administrator to export them, and upload the files; public YouTube, Vimeo or Drive links can be pasted.
We can't see a download button.
Download is controlled by portal permissions. Ask the content owner or a portal administrator; they can usually allow it for a library or hand you the files.
How long does an archive take?
About 2 minutes per audio hour: 4,760 minutes (79 hours) of archive are text in roughly 160 minutes, and each recording is ready as soon as its own run ends.
What does it cost?
First-time visitors get the first 20 minutes free; a longer recording is previewed, and a pack from $6 transcribes the rest. A single 4-hour briefing fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes; 1,800 minutes fit the $12 pack of 2,000; the 4,760-minute archive needs the $24 pack of 5,000. Credits never expire.
Some recordings are over 10 hours.
One file runs to 10 hours or 5 GB at most, so a longer recording goes up as two files. Files over 2 GB start once a pack is on the account.
How is sensitive content handled?
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Delete any file and its transcript when you are done with them.
