A Showcase is a page that collects videos; the link we fetch is the individual video's. Open a video in the collection, copy its Vimeo address and paste it here. For a long collection, work down the list one link at a time; each transcript stays under your account.
Private and password-protected videos
A video that only plays behind a password or a domain restriction cannot be fetched from outside. As the owner, download the original from your Vimeo library, usually an MP4, and upload it to upload page. Uploads before the first pack go up to 2 GB; a larger master starts once a pack is on the account.

Can I paste the Showcase link itself?
Paste the link of each video in the Showcase rather than the collection page. Every public video link is fetched on our side without a download. Videos from a Showcase you do not own can be transcribed only when the owner allows viewing; for course material, follow the course's terms.
How long does a long video take?
About 2 minutes per hour of audio: a 4-hour workshop is ready in roughly 8 minutes, and a 45-minute module in about a minute and a half.

Yes, as files. A password-protected or domain-restricted video cannot be fetched, so download the original from your Vimeo library and upload it.
Is there a Vimeo integration?
No. There is no Vimeo app, plugin or sign-in. WhipScribe reads public video links and files you upload, and nothing in your Vimeo account changes.
Which languages and exports?
