Transcribe Webex Webinars recordings one episode at a time, or the whole year.
A Webex Webinars recording transcribes once the host downloads it and uploads it here, and a 45-minute webinar comes back as text in about 90 seconds at roughly 2 minutes per audio hour. The first 20 minutes are free, and a year of weekly 45-minute webinars, 2,340 minutes, fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes with 2,660 to spare.
For the weekly webinar programme
A webinar every week becomes a library. Make it one you can search.
The host's recordings list
In Webex Webinars the host usually finds finished recordings in the recordings list of their Webex site, with a download option next to each one. The file is usually an MP4; the exact menu and file type depend on your site's version and settings, so check there first. Panellists and attendees typically see a playback link rather than a file.
Upload, or paste a link
Files up to 500 MB go straight into the box on this page; a larger recording continues on the main upload page, still up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Teams that republish each episode on YouTube or Vimeo can paste that link instead, and a Google Drive folder of past webinars can go in as one folder link.
A year of episodes, priced
52 weekly webinars of 45 minutes add up to 2,340 minutes. That is more than the $12 pack covers, so the year sits on the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes with 2,660 left for a second series. A single quarter of 13 episodes is 585 minutes, which fits the $12 pack of 2,000. Credits never expire, so nothing is lost between seasons.
What comes back per episode
Each webinar returns with a brief carrying its thesis and takeaways, chapters with timestamps, the names, numbers and dates said aloud, and the questions it answered. Speakers are identified and named in the summary and chapters, and a chat over the transcript finds the week a topic first came up.

FAQ
Webex Webinars recordings, answered.
Is there a Webex integration or a bot?
No. WhipScribe has no Webex integration and nothing joins the webinar. The host downloads the finished recording and uploads it, or pastes a link if the episode also lives on YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive.
How is this different from Webex Events?
Webex Events is the larger event platform with its own page here. This page is for webinars run in Webex Webinars, usually a single session with a host, panellists and a Q&A, which the host downloads afterwards.
How fast is a long webinar?
Roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a 45-minute webinar is back in about 90 seconds and a 2-hour training webinar in about 4 minutes.
What does a first webinar cost?
The first 20 minutes are free for a first-time visitor. A webinar up to 20 minutes transcribes in full; a longer one is previewed, and a pack from $6 transcribes the rest from where the preview ended. Eleven 45-minute episodes, 495 minutes, still fit the $6 pack of 500.
What if the recording is very large?
One file may run up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Uploads up to 2 GB work before the first pack; a file over 2 GB starts once a pack is on the account. A recording longer than 10 hours goes up as two files.
Which languages, and where does the audio go?
99 languages are detected automatically, so a Portuguese or Japanese edition of the webinar needs no setting. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Exports are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON.
