Transcribe Zoom Phone call recordings a week of business calls you can actually read.
Zoom Phone recordings transcribe once you download them from the call history and upload them here, at about 2 minutes per audio hour, so 40 calls of 12 minutes each (480 minutes) are text in about 16 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and that batch fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes.
From call history to text
Every call was recorded for a reason. Reading them should not need a free afternoon.
Where the recordings sit
When automatic or on-demand recording is on, recorded calls usually show in the Zoom Phone call history or recordings list, each with a download option. What you see depends on your role: an agent sees their own calls, an admin can usually reach the whole team's. Downloads are usually audio files, often MP3; check what yours produces before you batch them.
Small files, quick uploads
Telephone audio is compact. A 12-minute call is typically a few megabytes, and even a two-hour escalation call stays far below the 2 GB that uploads before a first pack. Drop a whole week into the upload at once, or gather it in a Google Drive folder and paste the folder link.
Your month, worked out
Forty calls at 12 minutes make 480 minutes, which fits the $6 pack of 500 with 20 to spare. A team recording 160 such calls a month reaches 1,920 minutes, a fit for the $12 pack of 2,000. Credit never expires, so minutes bought for a launch month still work in a quiet one.
What each call returns
A short brief of what the caller wanted and what was agreed, the questions the call answered, and the names, account numbers and dates spoken aloud. Speakers are identified and named in the summary and key quotes, and the chat over the transcript can list every call that mentioned a refund.
Recorded calls
Calls get recorded by default. They get reviewed almost never.

FAQ
Zoom Phone recordings, answered.
Is there a Zoom Phone integration?
No. WhipScribe has no Zoom Phone integration, no marketplace app and nothing that listens on your lines. You download the recordings you are allowed to access and upload them; everything happens to those files afterwards.
How fast is a batch of calls?
About 2 minutes for every hour of audio. A single 12-minute call is back in well under a minute, and 480 minutes of calls take about 16 minutes.
What does a month of calls cost?
The first 20 minutes are free, enough to try a call or two in full. A 480-minute week fits the $6 pack; a 1,920-minute month fits the $12 pack. Packs are one-time purchases in USD with no subscription.
Do callers need to agree to the recording?
Recording a call needs the consent that the law where you and the caller are located requires. Sort that out in your phone setup before calls are recorded; WhipScribe only reads the files you send it.
What about one very long call?
A single file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, so even a marathon support session goes up whole. Before the first pack, files up to 2 GB upload; a call recording is rarely anywhere near that.
Which languages, and how private is it?
The language of each call is picked from 99 automatically, so mixed batches are fine. Transcription happens on our own servers, and your calls are never used to train anything. Exports: TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON.
