Our members are Brazilian and Portuguese. Does the accent matter?
Portuguese is detected automatically whether it is spoken with a Brazilian or a European accent, and English terms said in the service, an Irish street name or the word visa, are handled in the same pass. A recording that switches language is detected on its main language.
What happens to the worship songs?
Music, sound effects and crowd noise are not transcribed; the speech is. Testimonies, prayers spoken aloud, the preaching and the notices come through as text.
Is there a limit on the video file?
One file can run up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Before a first pack the upload limit is 2 GB; a file above it starts once a pack is on the account. The first 20 minutes of your first service are free.
Who is named, and is the service private?
The pastor and guest preachers who are introduced are identified in the summary, key quotes and chapters. Services are transcribed on our own servers and never used for training. Exports: TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON.
