Transcribe a Russian church service and keep every preacher's word in Cyrillic.
A 2.5-hour Russian-language church service recorded in the United States is transcribed in about 5 minutes, with Russian detected automatically and choir singing left out of the text. The first 20 minutes are free, and three such Sundays, 450 minutes, fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes.
For the church sound and media team
A long service with three short sermons, two choirs and a poem read by a child. The text keeps what was spoken.
Each preacher, a chapter
Services with two or three messages get a chapter for every one, and the summary names who preached, so the website can list each sermon on its own.
Scripture with timestamps
Book, chapter and verse references read aloud are collected with the second they were spoken, ready for a cut of the sermon alone.
Text for those far away
Relatives who follow the church online from another time zone can read the sermon in Russian instead of scrubbing through a two-hour stream.
Big stream files welcome
A YouTube or Vimeo link needs no upload at all; a camera file up to 5 GB goes through the upload page.
What usually happens
The stream is archived, but the sermons inside it cannot be found.
✗ Video only
Three hours of service, one title, no text: finding last month's message on forgiveness means scrubbing through recordings. Members who moved away and follow online give up halfway through the stream.

A Sunday service in Russian, with an English line for the youth.
Illustrative lines written for this page, not from any real church or minister. In English: dear brothers and sisters, peace to you; let us open the Gospel of John, chapter fifteen; abide in me, and I in you; and a closing note to the youth about Friday's meeting.

FAQ
Russian church services, answered.
How long does a 2.5-hour service take?
About 5 minutes. A 3-hour service with a long choir program takes about 6, because processing runs at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio whatever is in it.
What happens to the choir, the orchestra and the congregational songs?
Music is not transcribed; the speech is. Sermons, readings, prayers spoken aloud, testimonies and announcements come through, and the sung parts leave a gap. A poem recited rather than sung usually comes through as speech.
How many services fit each pack?
A 2.5-hour service uses 150 minutes. Three Sundays, 450 minutes, fit the $6 pack of 500. A quarter of thirteen Sundays, 1,950 minutes, fits the $12 pack of 2,000; add the evening services and you are on the $24 pack of 5,000. A $19/month Workspace exists for a team that records every week.
Some sermons are in Russian with English for the young people. Is that a problem?
No. The recording is detected on its main language, Russian for most of these services, and English passages are handled in the same pass. Nobody chooses a language before uploading.
The camera file is over 2 GB. Will it start?
The limit is 10 hours or 5 GB for a single file. Before a first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB, so a larger file starts once a pack is on the account. Pasting the YouTube replay link skips the upload altogether.
Which exports do we get, and does the recording stay private?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, so prayer requests and testimonies stay with the church.
