From the breakout room to the conference archive

A full Spanish track, each talk as its own transcript with its own chapters.

One file per session

Upload each talk or panel as its own file rather than the whole day's room recording. Each session then gets its own brief, its own chapters and timestamps that start at zero, which is what an archive page or a speaker needs.

Panels with several speakers

Panels in the Spanish track often have three or four speakers and a moderator. The speakers are named in the summary, key quotes and chapters, so a quote can go into the recap with the right person attached. upload page

A track, costed

Eight 1-hour sessions use 480 minutes of the $6 pack. A three-day track of 24 sessions comes to 1,440 minutes on the $12 pack of 2,000, and a conference recording two Spanish rooms for three days moves to the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes.

Recaps that start from the text

The brief gives each talk's thesis and takeaways, and the questions it answers are listed, which is most of a session recap. The chat can answer questions like what the speaker said about funding or which tools the panel recommended.

Why Spanish tracks get a thinner archive

The English keynotes get transcripts; the Spanish rooms get a video file and a promise.

✗ After the conference

Spanish-language sessions are often the last ones processed, if they are processed at all.

  • Room recordings left uncut for months
  • No Spanish captions on the replay
  • Recaps written from slides alone
  • Panelists misquoted in the newsletter
  • Huge MP4s refused by upload forms
  • Spanish attendees served less than English ones

✓ Every session, its own transcript

Each talk returns in Spanish with a brief, chapters and captions.

  • About 2 minutes for each hour of session
  • Moderator and panel named in the summary and quotes
  • Chapters per question or topic
  • SRT and VTT for the session replay
  • DOCX for recaps and the program book
  • A track on one $6 pack

FAQ

Spanish conference tracks, the questions organizers ask.

How long does one session take?

About 2 minutes for a 1-hour session and about 3 for a 90-minute panel, at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio.

What does a whole Spanish track cost?

Eight 1-hour sessions are 480 minutes, inside the $6 pack of 500. Twenty-four sessions across three days are 1,440 minutes and fit the $12 pack. Two rooms for three days, around 2,880 minutes, go on the $24 pack of 5,000. On a first upload, the first 20 minutes are free.

We only have the full-day room recording. Can we upload that?

Yes, a single file can run up to 10 hours or 5 GB, so a whole day in one room uploads as it is, and the chapters will mark each session. A room-day file above 2 GB begins once a pack is on the account.

Can we paste the replay link instead of uploading?

If the session replay is on YouTube or Vimeo, paste the link and nothing has to be uploaded. Replays behind a conference platform login usually have to be downloaded as a file first.

What if a speaker answers a question in English?

The session is detected on its main language; a speaker who presents in Spanish and answers in English stays in one transcript, with the switch handled. 99 languages are detected without a setting, so an English or Portuguese session in the next room works the same way.

Which exports suit a conference, and is the footage private?

SRT and VTT for the replay, DOCX for recaps, TXT for the program site, JSON for an archive. Session recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
