What it is
Einstein Conversation Insights is Salesforce's native conversation-intelligence layer inside Sales Cloud. The product records Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet calls; transcribes; and surfaces moments like competitor mentions, pricing references, and customer questions back into the Salesforce opportunity and contact records. Einstein Conversation Insights is positioned as the Salesforce-native answer to Gong, though in practice many large Salesforce shops continue to run Gong alongside it. Pricing rolls into the broader Sales Cloud Einstein contract.
