Zia is Zoho's AI assistant that runs across the Zoho One suite (CRM, Mail, Meeting, Desk). The voice and meeting features include AI-generated call summaries from Zoho Meeting recordings, voice-to-text dictation inside CRM activities, sentiment detection on emails and tickets, and predictive lead scoring.
