Each recording comes back with a short brief and its takeaways, chapters with timestamps, the names, numbers and dates that were said, and the questions it answers. Click any line to hear it. Ask the transcript a question instead of scrolling.
No bot in the call
WhipScribe transcribes the recording afterwards, from the recording file or a link to it, so nothing joins the meeting and the other side sees no notetaker.
Who sees what, by design
The assistant sees the transcripts they uploaded. You see those and your own. If a second assistant or a chief of staff joins, they see only their own uploads too; up to 4 members fit on one plan.

How it works
How do I add my team to the plan?
Start Workspace
Subscribe from the Teams page or pricing, $19 a month. The plan is on your account the moment payment clears.
Open your Credits page
Sign in and open Credits. Under your plan is the Team card with your seats: Seats 0 of 4 on a new plan.
Add an email
Type a team member's email in the Team card and press Add. Use the address they sign in with. Up to 4; Remove anyone later from the same card.
They sign in and transcribe
The member signs in at whipscribe.com with that email, uploads or records as usual, and everything they make runs on your plan. It appears in your Library with a by chip, unless you have set members' work to private in the same card.

One setting on your Credits page decides it. Their work in your Library, or private to each of them. You choose. What you make is yours alone. Speakers are identified and named in the summary, key quotes and chapters. Transcript lines carry timestamps, not speaker labels.

What people ask before putting a team on one plan.
Can my assistant upload meeting recordings to my WhipScribe account?
Yes, without your password. On your Credits page, type the assistant's email in the Team card and press Add. They sign in with that email, upload or record as usual, and the transcript appears in your Library marked as theirs.
Does the assistant see my other recordings?
No. A team member sees only what they made. Their work in your Library, or private to each of them. You choose. By default you see your own transcripts and every member's, each marked with who made it.
Does it join the meeting as a bot?
No. Upload the recording or paste the recording link after the meeting; nothing joins the call. A one-hour meeting is usually ready in about two minutes.
What does it cost with an assistant on the plan?
$19 a month, the same Workspace plan as for one person. It covers you and up to 4 members with a fair-use mark of 300 hours of audio per billing period, pooled. Members are never charged.
What happens when the assistant moves on?
Press Remove on their row in the Team card. They stop transcribing on your plan at once, every transcript of theirs in your Library stays there, and they keep their own login. The seat frees up for the next person after 30 days.
