A virtual assistant uploads from their own email, in their own hours. The transcript, brief and chapters appear in the owner's Library the moment they are done, marked by who made them. The assistant never sees the owner's own recordings or the other members' work.
Client calls, briefed
Each recording comes back with a short brief, chapters with timestamps, the names, numbers and dates that were said, and the questions it answers. Export DOCX for the client file, TXT for the project tool, SRT or VTT if the call becomes content.
One bill for the agency
$19 a month on the owner's card covers the owner and up to 4 members. Nothing is charged to an assistant or contractor, and any credits they hold for their own clients are never touched.
Contractors come and go
Add an email in the Team card and the person is live the moment they sign in. Remove them from the same card when the engagement ends; the work they did stays with the agency, and the seat frees up after 30 days.

How do I add my team to the plan?
Start Workspace
Subscribe from the Teams page or pricing, $19 a month. The plan is on your account the moment payment clears.
Open your Credits page
Sign in and open Credits. Under your plan is the Team card with your seats: Seats 0 of 4 on a new plan.
Add an email
Type a team member's email in the Team card and press Add. Use the address they sign in with. Up to 4; Remove anyone later from the same card.
They sign in and transcribe
The member signs in at whipscribe.com with that email, uploads or records as usual, and everything they make runs on your plan. It appears in your Library with a by chip, unless you have set members' work to private in the same card.

One setting on your Credits page decides it. Their work in your Library, or private to each of them. You choose. What you make is yours alone. Speakers are identified and named in the summary, key quotes and chapters. Transcript lines carry timestamps, not speaker labels.

What people ask before putting a team on one plan.
Can my virtual assistant upload recordings to my account?
Yes, without sharing your password. Add the assistant's email in the Team card on your Credits page; they sign in with that email and everything they transcribe lands in your Library, marked as theirs. They see only their own work.
How many people in the agency can share the plan?
five: the owner who pays and up to 4 members. An email can be a member of one Workspace at a time, so an assistant who works for two agencies can be on one of their plans, not both.
Does the assistant see my other clients' recordings?
No. A member sees only the transcripts they made. Their work in your Library, or private to each of them. You choose. Members never see the owner's recordings or each other's.
Can a freelancer who already pays for WhipScribe join my team?
Yes, if they hold credit packs. Their packs stay on their own account, untouched, while they are on your plan, and are there for them afterwards. An email that owns its own Workspace plan cannot also be a member of yours.
