Send the video or a link and download Polish SRT and VTT files, cued from word-level timings. Polish speech comes back as Polish cue text. Want the plain text instead? The Polish transcript page is built for that. First recording free to 3 hours; after that 1,000 minutes cost $8.
How it goes
No install, no manual timecoding.
Upload video or audio, or paste a link. Files beyond the box continue on the upload page, up to 10 hours or 5 GB.
Each word carries its own timing, so you can jump anywhere instantly. Check names such as Świnoujście, Łódź and Rzeszów before exporting.
SRT for editors and uploads, VTT for browsers, and TXT, DOCX, JSON and MD from the same run.
Captioning Polish
Polish carries nine diacritic letters, and for years subtitle files circulated in Windows-1250 or in the older Mazovia and ISO-8859-2 encodings. Open one of those in a modern player that assumes UTF-8 and every ł, ż and ę becomes a square or a stray Latin letter. The export here is UTF-8, and the practical rule is to keep it that way: do not let an old subtitle editor resave the file in a legacy code page on the way to your video.
Line breaks follow a Polish typographic convention English editors do not have. Single-letter words — w, z, i, o, a, u — should not be left dangling at the end of a line. Polish style keeps them with the word that follows, so a cue break placed right after a lone w reads as a mistake to a Polish viewer even when the timing is perfect.
The SRT and VTT you download are cue text plus timings, with no speaker name at the head of a line. The on-screen transcript separates the voices, and the JSON export from the same job holds that structure for anything you build on top.
Delivery
Attach the sidecar, or bake the text in.
Attach the SRT as the Polish track in Studio. Uploaded cue files replace the automatic captions and get indexed.
Feed video plays silently, so burned-in captions carry the message. Bring the SRT into your editor and style it there.
Resolve and Premiere import SRT with cue timings intact, which saves typing every line against the waveform.
VTT is what a browser expects on a track element, and most learning platforms accept it. Build it from a link for something already published.
Pricing
A pack from $4 opens the full transcript, and the caption exports come with it. After that, one-time packs: $8 for 1,000 minutes, $12 for 2,000 minutes, $24 for 5,000 minutes, with credits that never lapse.
| Polish video | $8 pack | $12 pack | $24 pack |

Figures are the share of one pack each recording uses. Formats are never billed separately; the pricing page has the detail.
FAQ
Polish, because captions are written in the language that was spoken. A Polish recording produces Polish cue text and nothing is turned into another language.
It resaved the file in a legacy code page such as Windows-1250. Keep the file in UTF-8 from download to upload and every diacritic survives.
Polish typographic practice says no: keep the single letter with the word after it and place the break earlier in the line.
Polish inflects nouns through seven cases, so a name changes shape depending on its role in the sentence. Each form is correct where it appears.
No. Speaker separation is shown in the transcript view and carried in the JSON export. SRT and VTT contain cue text and timings.
