On Workspace the head of talent adds the recruiters by email; each transcribes their own screening calls, panel interviews and exit conversations from their own login, and the lead's Library holds every one of them, marked by who ran it, searchable across the whole hiring round. Up to 4 recruiters on the lead's plan. Each interview comes back with a brief, chapters, the names, numbers and dates that were said, and the questions it answers; the lead filters the Library by recruiter or searches the whole round.
Evaluate on what was said
Every line carries a timestamp, so a panel can check a quote against the audio in a click. Speakers are identified and named in the summary, key quotes and chapters. Export DOCX for the candidate file or TXT for the ATS.
Sensitive by nature, private by default
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers, never used for training, and any recording can be deleted at any time by the recruiter who made it. Members never see each other's interviews or the lead's.

How do I add my team to the plan?
Start Workspace
Subscribe from the Teams page or pricing, $19 a month. The plan is on your account the moment payment clears.
Open your Credits page
Sign in and open Credits. Under your plan is the Team card with your seats: Seats 0 of 4 on a new plan.
Add an email
Type a team member's email in the Team card and press Add. Use the address they sign in with. Up to 4; Remove anyone later from the same card.
They sign in and transcribe
The member signs in at whipscribe.com with that email, uploads or records as usual, and everything they make runs on your plan. It appears in your Library with a by chip, unless you have set members' work to private in the same card.

What people ask before putting a team on one plan.
Can several recruiters transcribe on one WhipScribe plan?
Yes. The owner of a Workspace plan adds up to 4 emails in the Team card on the Credits page. Each recruiter signs in with their own email and transcribes on the plan; every transcript lands in the owner's Library, marked with who made it, unless the owner sets members' work to private.
Can recruiters see each other's interviews?
No. A member sees only the interviews they transcribed. By default the plan owner sees every member's work and their own, or the owner can set members' work to private; the owner's recordings are never shown to members.
Does it label who is speaking in a panel interview?
Speakers are identified and named in the summary, key quotes and chapters. Transcript lines carry timestamps, not speaker labels. For a verbatim turn-by-turn record that a dispute might need, pay a human service for that recording.
What does it cost for an HR team of five?
$19 a month, on the owner's card, however many of the five people used it that month. 100 GB of storage is included, then $3 per extra 100 GB a month.
What happens to interviews when a recruiter leaves?
Remove their email on the Credits page. They stop transcribing on the plan at once; every interview of theirs in the owner's Library stays there, and they keep their own login. The seat is free for a new hire after 30 days.
