WhipScribe's Workspace plan is $19 a month for the owner and up to 4 team members, whether one person or five use it. What the $19 covers
Unlimited transcription for files, links and recordings of any length, with a fair-use mark of 300 hours of audio per billing period pooled across the team. 100 GB of storage included, then $3 per extra 100 GB a month. Your own API keys. Their work in your Library, or private to each of them. You choose. Yours stay private.
What it does not do
No per-member caps, no task assignment, no bot that joins the call. Speakers are named in the summary, key quotes and chapters, not on every transcript line. If your team needs any of those, one of the per-seat tools in the table may be the better buy.
When packs beat the plan
A team that records a few hours a month pays less on credit packs: $4 for 300 minutes, $18 for 3,000 minutes and $32 for 6,000, bought once, never expiring. Packs belong to one account; the plan that several people share is Workspace.
More than five people
4 members is the limit of one plan today. A larger team runs more than one Workspace, each with its own owner and Library, or writes to contact@whipscribe.com about volume. Custom configuration? Email contact@whipscribe.com.
How it works
How do I add my team to the plan?
Start Workspace
Subscribe from the Teams page or pricing, $19 a month. The plan is on your account the moment payment clears.
Open your Credits page
Sign in and open Credits. Under your plan is the Team card with your seats: Seats 0 of 4 on a new plan.
Add an email
Type a team member's email in the Team card and press Add. Use the address they sign in with. Up to 4; Remove anyone later from the same card.
They sign in and transcribe
The member signs in at whipscribe.com with that email, uploads or records as usual, and everything they make runs on your plan. It appears in your Library with a by chip, unless you have set members' work to private in the same card.

Is there a per-seat fee on WhipScribe?
No. Workspace is $19 a month for the owner and up to 4 team members. Members are never charged and their own credits are never touched.
Is there a yearly price for a team?
Not for Workspace today; it is billed monthly and can be cancelled any time, staying active to the end of the paid period. The yearly options on the pricing page are credit-pack tiers for one account, not team plans.
What does unlimited mean when five people share it?
Files, links and recordings of any length, with no minute count, for everyone on the plan. Fair use is 300 hours of audio per billing period, pooled across the team. Past it, new uploads are spaced out for the rest of the period, queued behind other customers' work; nothing is refused and nothing is charged extra.
